Jon Rosenwasser has been chosen to serve as the new Intelligence Community Chief Financial Officer (IC CFO) for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).

In his new role, Rosenwasser will oversee the implementation of ODNI’s efforts to develop, determine, and present the National Intelligence Program (NIP) budget to the White House for approval.

He will work closely with the 18 intelligence community agencies and seven Federal departments as CFO of the IC.

“I am delighted to welcome Jon Rosenwasser as the Intelligence Community Chief Financial Officer (IC CFO). Jon comes to ODNI from Capitol Hill, where he has been professional staff of the Senate Select Committee for Intelligence (SSCI) since 2013, most recently as Budget and Policy Director,” said Avril D. Haines, Director of National Intelligence.

“Jon previously worked at the ODNI from 2006 to 2013, serving on the National Intelligence Council and in senior strategy roles. In addition to his deep congressional and intelligence experience, Jon’s national security career includes a number of think tank fellowships and positions in academia,” she said.

“Jon is an exceptional leader whose incredible knowledge and integrity will serve ODNI very well as he integrates all budget activities across the IC and manages the National Intelligence Program,” she concluded.
