The General Services Administration (GSA) dropped a list of 22 new vendor agreements to provide Centers of Excellence (CoE) initiatives at agencies with more options for advancing their IT modernization initiatives. The Discovery Blanket Purchase Agreements (Discovery BPA) are broken into four categories including: Change Management, Cloud Adoption, Contact Center, and Customer Experience.

“We selected companies who demonstrated the potential to discover issues related to current legacy systems and develop recommendations for modern-day technological solutions to the problems our citizens face when interacting with government services,” GSA CoE Executive Director Bob De Luca said in a news release.
