Today, General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) announced that it has been awarded the Federal Aviation Administration’s new contract to design, implement, install, and maintain the agency’s Data, Visualization, Analysis, and Reporting System (DVARS). “Through this contract, GDIT will provide wide-spread analysis capabilities to ensure the National Airspace System infrastructure remains safe and evolves with the best commercial technology advancements,” GDIT VP and General Manager John Ludecke said. The single-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is valued at $99 million and includes a two-year base period with five one-year options.
