The American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) announced today that Dave Wennergren, will assume the role of ACT-IAC CEO on May 13. Wennergren, currently a managing director at Deloitte Consulting, will replace Kenneth Allen, who has served as ACT-IAC’s CEO for 14 years. Wennergren has deep experience in Federal IT, previously serving as the U.S. Navy’s CIO, deputy CIO for the Department of Defense, and vice chair of the Federal CIO Council. “It is truly an honor to be selected as the CEO of ACT-IAC–an extraordinary and longstanding force for good in the federal technology community,” said Wennergren.
