The Defense Department’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center is preparing to call for private sector technology pitches at “Solutions Meetings” that are planned for late summer and early fall in the northern Virginia area.

The call is being made through DoD’s Rapid Reaction Technology Office (RRTO). The meetings could lead to companies beginning pilot projects or experimentations if their technologies and products match JAIC needs, Inside Cybersecurity reported.

JAIC’s Cyberspace National Mission Initiative is looking for presentations on:

  • Autonomous Cyber Defense;
  • User Activity Monitoring & Attribution;
  • Social Media & Dark Web Analysis;
  • Network Mapping;
  • Autonomous DevOps; and
  • Data engineering.

Applications for the DoD RRTO meeting are due by July 26, but submission of an application does not guarantee an invitation to the event.
