Government agencies are under increasing pressure to optimize IT spending, improve transparency, and quickly respond to oversight requests from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). By leveraging TBM data and platforms, agencies can move beyond reactive reporting to proactive financial management — identifying cost-saving opportunities, making data-driven decisions, and preparing reporting and data requests before DOGE asks the tough questions. This session will explore how federal organizations can harness TBM insights to anticipate DOGE demands, enhance financial accountability, and drive strategic IT investments.

TBM Council’s Government Open Forum aims at bringing together a community of practitioners across Federal, State, and Local government to share best practices, lessons learned, and create collateral to assist with implementing and maturing TBM across the government vertical. As part of our community engagement initiatives, this community cohort will be hosting an Open Forum accessible to all event attendees. Open dialogue and feedback are highly encouraged.
