Tarrazzia Martin is a Senior Government Leader with over 20 years of Strategic, Technology and Management expertise. She has served in pivotal roles within the Government sector throughout the years such as; Chief Information Officer (CIO), Strategic Human Capital Plan (SHCP) Director, Program Manager, as well as IT Acquisition Director and Networks and Data Center Operations Director at Treasury and at DHS. She has served across multiple federal market sectors, such as; IRS, Treasury, GSA, DHS, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Agency, Office of the Director National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

She is an expert in federal government practices in the areas of strategic planning, public policy, portfolio and performance management, acquisition planning and program/project management with a keen understanding of how to leverage technology and engineering planning to achieve set outcomes. She is known for her ability to collaborate and partner with multiple and varied disciplined customers to find win-win solutions and ensure measurable results.

Tarrazzia is currently serving within the office of HUD’s OCIO as a Senior Technical Advisor to the Deputy CIO Transformation.

She is a business entrepreneur and is also the co-founder of a non-profit organization entitled Agape International CSO which addresses community service initiatives within our local communities.

She has two daughters and lives in VA
