Bob became the Chief Information Officer, Department of Homeland Secretary, Office Inspector General in December 2010, bringing nearly 23 years of professional Information Technology (IT) experience, including information security, telecommunications and direct support for audit and investigative operations.
Bob has held key leadership positions in the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration; United States Postal Service, Office of Inspector General; and the Department of Navy, Office of Special Projects. He has been recognized for his visionary approach for managing IT programs to include Unified Communications, Identity and Access Management, Data Center Consolidation and Mobility. Bob directs the IT division with responsibilities for Enterprise Applications, IT Services, and Cyber Security.
Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Mansfield University and a Masters of Arts degree with an emphasis in Information Security from Eastern Michigan University.
