Kelly Glavin

Kelly Glavin is the VP of Public Sector TBM at Maryville Consulting Group, working with clients to establish IT cost transparency with a goal of optimizing technology investments while ensuring mission alignment. Kelly works with public sector to establish and implement their TBM strategy, create transparency into IT resources through cost modeling and/or solution implementation, optimize financial processes, and enhance communication between IT and the enterprise.

Prior to joining Maryville, Kelly worked for Gartner specializing in Benchmark Analytics and Cost Optimization, leading IT strategy, optimization, and IT benchmarking engagements with the objective of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of client IT environments.
