TMF Talks – Public-facing Digital Services

The growth of digital services across the Federal government has skyrocketed – particularly as the pandemic required agencies to accelerate digital modernization efforts. While agencies have done a tremendous job at keeping up with the demand, there is always more to do. As emerging technologies provide new opportunities for digital transformation, the push for modernization in this area is not out of reach. In this session, we will discuss the elements of digital transformation within the Federal government, and how agencies can leverage the Technology Modernization Fund to deliver better digital experiences for their government constituents and citizens.
